SHIPPING DELIVERY POLICY

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING DELIVERY OPTIONS?

In-Store Pickup
In-store and curbside pickup is available for all purchases — customers can choose pickup for any product at checkout. Pickups are available Monday – Sunday from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM (extended hours increase flexibility). Orders are usually ready within 2 hours. Customers will receive an SMS/WhatsApp notification when their order is ready for pickup. Please bring a valid ID or order confirmation.

We offer various shipping options. In some cases, a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders above 700 rupees.

We also offer shipping at the following rates:

1500 and above 0 (Free)

 

If you select a shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We do not offer international shipping.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

  • Remote or difficult-to-access areas may have longer delivery times.

  • Delivery is currently limited to addresses within India.

  • Certain oversized or fragile products may not be eligible for delivery to all locations.

  • For security reasons, we’re unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed, we will immediately notify the customer via phone, SMS, or email with the reason and the updated delivery timeline. If the delay exceeds 5 business days, customers can choose to either:

  1. Receive a full refund, or

  2. Wait for the order with an additional 5% discount coupon for their next purchase.
